These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Friend Gram mobile application ("App") provided by Akane Kita ("Developer"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties regarding its performance or results.

Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

User Responsibility

You use the App at your own responsibility. The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are prohibited when using the App:

• Any act that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Any act that leads to criminal activity
• Any act that infringes the intellectual property rights, reputation, or privacy of the Developer or third parties
• Analyzing, modifying, reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing the App
• Any other act the Developer deems inappropriate

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Developer.

Updates & Discontinuation

The Developer may update or discontinue the App at any time. The Developer is not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Changes take effect upon posting on this page.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court with jurisdiction over the Developer's place of business as the court of first instance.
